Submitted by tcblack on Tue, 09/01/2009 - 10:54I started running with my dad when I was about 7. We ran 5k's, 10k's, 20k's and my pinnacle the Columbus, OH marathon. After that I quit running for years. But I've never gotten over the running buzz.
I've started running a few times since then, even got some new shoes a few years ago, but knee problems have grounded me (read: too much too soon). So I'd quit and restart months later.

Most people can agree that there are certain things in their life that they wish that they could change. But we often feel like we just don't have the ability. Case in point: I could probably isolate three specific areas where you feel like your life is most often spinning out of control.
First stop, your finances.
Second stop your Physical fitness level.
Third stop, you sometimes feel distant from God.
