It's time to get Physically fit. Getting in shape is just one of those things that needs to be done. It takes time, effort and discipline. It also takes a fair bit of encouragement. You can do it!

Week two update

Time for a bit of an update, but I'll have to type slowly since I just finished working out. I guess that's the best place to start.

The Hindu Squat is a simple exercise.

  • Stand with feet straight and slightly apart

The Pushup

To Perform a perfect push-up:

  • Place your hands either shoulder width or slightly wider.
  • Maintain rigid back to keep it perfectly straight.
  • Toes pointed down.

How I'm doing

So it's the first week of my own 960 days, time for an update right? Well this early in the game there's not much to say except that I'm still on target. How's that for incredible?
