When I was growing up my dad often called potatoes the perfect food. He would explain to us it's various virtues and the many ways it could be prepared.

To Perform a perfect push-up:

  • Place your hands either shoulder width or slightly wider.
  • Maintain rigid back to keep it perfectly straight.
  • Toes pointed down.

Day 6: Push Yourself

It's Monday. If ever there was a tough day to get started it is Monday.
