The Hindu Squat

The Hindu Squat is a simple exercise.
- Stand with feet straight and slightly apart
- Lower your body using your legs,maintaining a straight back and using your arms for balance.
- While lowering move your feet from flat to standing on the balls of your feet
- pause and then raise to standing position while swinging your arms forward
- at the end of the movement bring your hands back to your chest
- repeat.
