The Hindu Squat

The Hindu Squat is a simple exercise.

  • Stand with feet straight and slightly apart
  • Lower your body using your legs,maintaining a straight back and using your arms for balance.
  • While lowering move your feet from flat to standing on the balls of your feet
  • pause and then raise to standing position while swinging your arms forward
  • at the end of the movement bring your hands back to your chest
  • repeat.
