The Pushup

To Perform a perfect push-up:
- Place your hands either shoulder width or slightly wider.
- Maintain rigid back to keep it perfectly straight.
- Toes pointed down.
- Push up - exhaling as you go from full down to full up position.
- Lower yourself down without bouncing, inhaling as you go.
- Repeat.
