The Pushup

To Perform a perfect push-up:

  • Place your hands either shoulder width or slightly wider.
  • Maintain rigid back to keep it perfectly straight.
  • Toes pointed down.
  • Push up - exhaling as you go from full down to full up position.
  • Lower yourself down without bouncing, inhaling as you go.
  • Repeat.
